Work with suppliers for new inks, support color matching, maintain documentation and confidentiality, and apply print/converting expertise across multiple processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate internal and external stakeholders on new, improved, or changed designs to ensure successful launches with no press impacts and cost efficiency.
•Process new designs and printing substrates, facilitate meetings and communication, and keep operations aligned on production specifications.
•Request and approve new inks with suppliers and support stringent controls for color and ink issues, including color matching and color booklet preparation.
•Apply print and converting fundamentals (e.g., offset, gravure, die-cutting, hot-foil stamping, fold/gluing) to prepare stepped files with required printing marks.
•Manage project timelines, estimate tooling investment, organize on-press customer approvals, maintain documentation and confidentiality, and support OHSE and quality obligations.

Key Requirements

•Technical degree in graphic design, packaging engineering, project management, or a related field.

•Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
•Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator.
•Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage customer relationships and work in a team environment.
