Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate internal and external stakeholders on new, improved, or changed designs to ensure successful launches with no press impacts and cost efficiency.
  • •Process new designs and printing substrates, facilitate meetings and communication, and keep operations aligned on production specifications.
  • •Request and approve new inks with suppliers and support stringent controls for color and ink issues, including color matching and color booklet preparation.
  • •Apply print and converting fundamentals (e.g., offset, gravure, die-cutting, hot-foil stamping, fold/gluing) to prepare stepped files with required printing marks.
  • •Manage project timelines, estimate tooling investment, organize on-press customer approvals, maintain documentation and confidentiality, and support OHSE and quality obligations.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical degree in graphic design, packaging engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in printing with roles related to NPI, packaging engineering, or continuous improvement.
  • •Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • •Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage customer relationships and work in a team environment.
