Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate various heavy equipment (loaders, excavators, dozers, and haul trucks) to lift, transport, and load materials.
  • •Feed conveyors, hoppers, chutes, and load trucks as needed to support processing and shipping.
  • •Perform daily pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance such as lubrication, fueling, and cleaning.
  • •Communicate with and cooperate with truckers and customers as required.
  • •Wear required PPE and comply with safety procedures; assist other departments as assigned.

  • •Operate assigned heavy equipment safely and efficiently to maximize plant productivity.

  • •Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, or 3+ years of practical work experience.
  • •Successfully complete MSHA training after onboarding and be able to read English.
