Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive digital transformation initiatives, including Power BI reporting, dashboards, and data analytics.
  • •Manage ERP/SAP support, including enhancements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of ERP processes.
  • •Lead IT projects from planning through implementation, managing timelines, resources, risks, budgets, and stakeholders.
  • •Manage day-to-day IT operations and user support, including incident escalation and problem resolution.
  • •Oversee IT infrastructure and systems availability, backup, security, business continuity, and coordinate vendor and supplier management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • •Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor management.
