Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand the customer’s business and identify where AI changes operations by engaging C-level executives and their teams.
  • •Translate executive conversations into real engagements by rigorously qualifying opportunities and authoring Statements of Work with legal on IP and data rights.
  • •Grow and expand enterprise relationships from first engagements into broader portfolios across business units.
  • •Qualify field-originated pipeline by evaluating FDE fit across technical complexity, deployment readiness, and commercial viability.
  • •Partner with Account Executives on contracting and commercials, own engagement scope and delivery commitments, and feed customer signals back to FDE product and engineering leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •A track record as a trusted advisor to senior executives, including independently building and holding C-suite relationships.
  • •Fluency in both AI/technology and business strategy, able to translate between AI architecture and P&L conversations.
  • •Experience scoping and closing complex enterprise engagements, including writing and negotiating Statements of Work for custom technical solutions.
  • •A consistent track record in enterprise software or technical solutions working alongside a field sales organization to qualify and close.
  • •Judgment to navigate multi-stakeholder procurement, legal, and security review, plus practical AI-native experience using frontier AI tools.
