Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and verify analog and digital layouts across all levels for DRAM products.
  • •Use computer-aided design tools (e.g., Cadence, Calibre) for layout work.
  • •Work with design engineers on floorplanning and layout development.
  • •Follow verification protocols and apply custom or automated layout techniques for pitch, array, and peripheral layout.

Key Requirements
