Lead the planning, programming, and scheduling of major bridge projects by building detailed work programs and maintaining integrated project schedules. Use Primavera and MS Project to optimize resources, identify critical paths, and track milestones and dependencies. Monitor progress, analyze schedule impacts from claims and variations, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, design/engineering, procurement, and construction to keep projects on time while managing risks through corrective actions.
