Key Responsibilities

•Define, create, and drive execution for vehicle durability and environmental test targets with systems and subsystem teams.
•Support test planning and execution for fleet-based validation to extract edge cases, enable localized product use testing, and support data ingestion.
•Support KPI definition and realization to drive product use metrics.
•Set up, configure, and operate vehicle integration and measurement equipment.
•Drive vehicle-level testing for software features, performance, functionality, and stability, including traceability and defect triage.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
•5+ years of experience in systems test engineering, vehicle testing, or vehicle durability testing.
•Experience with instrumentation and data collection (e.g., accelerometers, strain gauges, force transducers, data logging, signal conditioning).
•Experience with testing vibration, shock, thermal cycling, high temperature/humidity, and corrosion tests.
•Experience with homologation and durability testing, plus requirements management tools such as JAMA.
