Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive, validate, and promote end-to-end system design implementation flows across 3D IC, heterogeneous integration, and advanced packaging.
  • •Partner with semiconductor customers to understand system co-design challenges and translate them into clear product specifications.
  • •Create and support Product Requirement Specifications (PRS), technical use cases, and R&D collaboration throughout product development.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally (R&D, Product Management, Field, Technical Publications, Product Validation) to deliver customer-ready capabilities.

Key Requirements
