Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the training and quality strategy for Customer Operations across multiple audience types.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop trainers and QA analysts, setting expectations and closing performance gaps.
  • •Evaluate and improve the QA program by standardizing scoring, increasing efficiency through automation, and ensuring quality data informs training decisions.
  • •Assess training program gaps and drive a structured refresh, including readiness benchmarks and nesting exit criteria.
  • •Build on-demand and async content, use performance metrics to target interventions, and partner cross-functionally to deliver training on time.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of people management experience in a training or L&D function, preferably in customer care or business operations.
  • •Experience leading training programs serving multiple distinct audiences with competing priorities.
  • •Ability to evaluate a dynamic training environment and rebuild or scale programs effectively.
  • •Hands-on experience with virtual, on-demand, and hybrid training delivery models.
  • •Familiarity with Workday Learning, Articulate Rise, or similar LMS/eLearning authoring platforms.
