Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Developer Foundations roadmap, including internal developer platform, CI/CD pipelines, and automated quality gates aligned to predictable delivery goals.
  • •Operationalize AI-led PDLC by integrating AI capabilities into developer workflows and establishing governance with human-in-the-loop guardrails.
  • •Transform QA and SRE capabilities into automated platform services that support the unified end-to-end ownership model.
  • •Enable modular, event-driven architecture by partnering with architecture/engineering leadership and building tools for independent rapid deployment of secure products.
  • •Prioritize internal tooling initiatives using Quarterly Commitments and measure outcomes (deployment frequency, lead time, MTTR, escaped defects, and AI-assisted commit rates).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of product management experience, including platform tooling, developer productivity, DevOps, or internal tooling leadership.
  • •Experience evaluating, integrating, and governing AI-assisted development tools within a secure software development lifecycle.
  • •Strong understanding of distributed architectures, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and event-driven messaging.
  • •Familiarity with C#/.NET or Rust environments, plus confidence building DevSecOps practices into delivery pipelines.
  • •Ability to write clear PRDs and collaborate with highly technical stakeholders such as CTO, VP of Engineering, and principal architects.
