Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build AI agents and workflows across modalities (voice/audio, text, images) in collaboration with customers from front-office staff to C-suite.
  • •Own products end-to-end from implementation to optimization including reliability, performance, observability, and scalability.
  • •Shape the core architecture of our products and platform to support scalable healthcare workflows.
  • •Collaborate with customers to understand bottlenecks and translate them into actionable product requirements and features.
  • •Work with a small, elite team to ship features that replace legacy systems with reliable, scalable software.
