Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with India leadership to create and execute India business strategy and long/short-range business and financial objectives.
  • •Lead financial planning and analysis across STRAP/AOP, including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and closing for India operations.
  • •Drive rigorous and transparent financial reporting, projections, and KPI-based insights for management and global LOB HQ.
  • •Oversee financial operations, financial planning/structure, accounting/administrative policies, and compliance with corporate standards, US GAAP, and Sarbanes-Oxley.
  • •Manage cash flow and risk exposure per Treasury guidelines, and provide team leadership through training, bench building, and talent retention.

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance, including commercial/operations finance and FP&A.
  • •Hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis and working with outside India offices/global finance teams.
  • •Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance with a controls-oriented approach.
  • •Excellent systems skills, including SAP, Hyperion, and Microsoft Office.
  • •Strong analytical, process improvement, and stakeholder management skills, with manufacturing environment experience preferred.
