  • •Manage a high-volume docket of coordinated and parallel proceedings across multiple jurisdictions, including state JCCP proceedings and other coordinated matters.
  • •Support international investigations and regulatory inquiries.
  • •Collaborate with and manage outside litigation counsel and advise cross-functional teams on litigation strategy and risks.
  • •Coordinate and actively participate in internal discovery activities and subpoena responses, and address pre-litigation disputes.
  • •Assist with internal investigations and support Legal department projects as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 252,210 - 297,550 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of litigation experience, with law firm experience required.
  • •Membership in good standing with the California Bar (or other bar association allowing registration as in-house counsel in California).
  • •Experience managing high-volume dockets and coordinated or parallel litigation across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Broad complex litigation experience with emphasis on regulatory matters and experience in consumer, products liability (including trade secrets), and employment.
  • •Strong drafting skills and exceptional communication with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.
