Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, operate, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate/adjust, and maintain instrumentation and automation equipment, including analyzers and measurement/controls devices.
  • •Maintain and/or install security and intrusion systems.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance and/or analytical testing on compressors/engines, drivers, and auxiliary equipment.
  • •Maintain electrical power circuits, switchgear, and power distribution systems.
  • •Maintain and prepare reports and records (maintenance/repair, safety and environmental reports, drawings/schematics, pressure readings, and material/supply orders), and respond immediately to dangerous/hazardous conditions as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience using and functioning of tools and equipment relevant to the role, including manual/power tools, electronic testing devices, and control devices.
  • •Experience and training related to gas processing fundamentals, computers/software, applicable regulations and electric codes, safe handling practices, and reliability-based programs.
  • •Ability to read and interpret repair orders, mechanical drawings, procedures, charts, diagrams, dials, gauges, and equipment manuals.
  • •Experience preparing, processing, or verifying maintenance and repair records, safety and environmental reports, electrical schematics/diagrams, pressure readings, and material/supply orders.
  • •Knowledge of reciprocating or gas turbine engines, compressors, and related electronic/processing equipment; knowledge of instrumentation, electronics, and control systems.
