Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver estimating, cost planning, quantity surveying, and commercial support across the project lifecycle.
  • •Develop and update cost plans through design milestones in collaboration with the design services team and general contractor.
  • •Manage change orders and reconcile changes by ensuring contractor-provided data is accurate.
  • •Run cost checks, valuations, post-contract cost variances, and change control processes; maintain contingency and commitment tracking logs.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports, support funding data presentations and VE sessions, and negotiate final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a cost management role within the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or working toward accreditation preferred.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium or large-sized construction projects of medium to high complexity.
  • •Strong construction industry knowledge (procurement routes, value management, value engineering) and excellent communication skills.
