Lead and oversee operations for Autogrill Schweiz shops, optimizing ordering, cash handling, and inventory. Ensure work safety and HACCP compliance, provide leadership for staff, plan shifts and productivity, represent and develop stores with the team, and continuously optimize retail activities and training across locations in Switzerland.
