Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain backend and platform services powering AI and insight capabilities for Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM).
  • •Build and enhance ML lifecycle components including data ingestion/storage, feature/label pipelines, annotation tooling, training workflows, and model serving infrastructure.
  • •Develop reliable, secure, and scalable RESTful services and APIs that provide AI-powered insights to internal and customer-facing applications.
  • •Add observability (metrics, logging, dashboards, alerts) and participate in incident triage and root-cause analysis to improve system reliability.
  • •Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and backend teams to translate requirements into robust platform and product features, documenting decisions across a distributed team.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional software engineering experience building backend or platform services in production (or equivalent internship/industry experience).
  • •Experience owning design and implementation of services independently.
  • •Proficiency in at least one modern backend programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Go, or TypeScript/Node.js) and knowledge of design principles.
  • •Experience with services interacting with databases/data stores (SQL or NoSQL) and external APIs.
  • •Experience with unit/integration/end-to-end testing plus version control and modern CI/CD pipelines.
