Design and deliver compliant, competency-aligned training solutions that build workforce capability. Partner with Subject Matter Experts to create and refine engaging learning materials, conduct compliance reviews, and map content to competency frameworks and regulatory requirements. Apply instructional design methods such as ADDIE and human-centred design, develop e-learning resources with user testing, and provide guidance to SMEs while supporting schedules, quality, and continuous improvement.
