Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the multi-year technology strategy and roadmap for the Human Capital technology stack across the full employee lifecycle.
  • •Drive prioritization and governance of the HC technology portfolio, balancing annual operational cycles with long-term platform modernization aligned to Human Capital leadership.
  • •Partner with Human Capital stakeholders and engineering to translate complex people processes into scalable, secure technology solutions across recruiting, onboarding, performance, compensation, learning, and HR operations.
  • •Lead a team of product managers and delivery leads, overseeing discovery, requirements management, delivery cadence, and adoption for HC platforms.
  • •Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle activities (vendor selection, solution design/configuration, testing, rollout, change management, continuous improvement) and ensure compliance with global regulatory and data privacy expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years leading system implementations, product management, technology delivery, or transformation programs, ideally for Human Capital/HC in financial or large enterprise environments.
  • •Built and led product/delivery teams and personally delivered enterprise HC technology programs at scale across multiple geographies with engineering and vendor partners.
  • •Deep understanding of the end-to-end employee lifecycle and modern Human Capital operating models (talent acquisition, onboarding, core HR, performance, compensation/total rewards, learning, succession, engagement, and HC operations).
  • •Hands-on familiarity with leading HC platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM and related recruiting, performance, compensation, LMS/LXP, engagement, and HR case management tools).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Human Capital/HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
