Job Summary

Drive and execute insurance distribution strategies to help retail channel teams achieve business excellence. Use internal data and analytics to build reporting that tracks sales activity, business performance, and market trends while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. Lead regulatory-related implementation including sales eligibility control and licensing matters, and work with stakeholders across distribution, product, underwriting, and operations to optimize sales processes and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute distribution strategies to achieve business excellence, including supporting insurance sales teams in the retail channel.
•Leverage internal data and data analytics to establish reports overseeing sales activities, business performance, and market trends in line with strategies and regulations.
•Lead implementation and monitoring of regulatory-related issues, including sales eligibility control, licensing matters, and new regulatory requirements.
•Collaborate with stakeholders across distribution functions, product, underwriting, and operations to monitor and optimize sales processes for improved customer experience.
•Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including frontline and distribution partners.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines, or other relevant qualifications.
•Experience in financial services, particularly insurance or wealth management products.
•Results-oriented mindset with emphasis on customer and quality.
•Experience in sales quality control, operations, or governance functions (preferred).
•Effective organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
