Deliver timely, accurate client banking transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned monies and records. Provide a positive client experience, educate customers on digital self-service options such as ATMs and online/mobile banking, and support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Cross-train to assist with sales and service, serve as a secondary contact for new account openings, follow internal controls and risk policies, and participate in retail community leadership routines and training.
