Project Manager 项目经理

Lead the delivery of small to medium construction and workplace projects, owning schedule, cost, quality, safety, and overall performance. Build and maintain detailed plans and governance processes, monitor budgets with quantity surveyors, and manage change control with complete documentation. Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, act as a key point of contact for clients, and produce formal progress reporting while ensuring compliance with quality, HSE, and environmental standards.
