Job Summary

Lead client discovery workshops and translate treasury and accounting needs into scalable solution architectures. Configure and deploy Ripple Treasury risk implementations spanning debt and investments, FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives, and hedge accounting under ASC 815 and IFRS 9. Serve as an escalation point, automate and improve accounting/reporting workflows, and deliver training to drive adoption while collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support.

•Run discovery workshops to uncover client pain points, map processes, and surface accounting requirements to design the path forward.
•Design and document future-state solution architectures aligned to client objectives and regulatory requirements.
•Lead implementations across debt and investments, FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives, and hedge accounting, including configuration and deployment.
•Serve as the escalation point during implementations, identifying blockers and driving timely resolution.
•Deliver training to end users and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Support to inform delivery and roadmap.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 140,000 annually

•Proven ability to analyze complex business challenges and build creative, scalable client solutions.
•Exceptional communication skills to translate complex concepts into clear business value.
