Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of technicians to ensure zero unplanned interruption of services for employees and customers
  • •Manage scheduling, forecasting, and execution, including safety, reliability controls, and career development
  • •Plan, resource, and execute facilities projects based on operational manifest needs and requests
  • •Oversee contractors for on-site facilities infrastructure maintenance across mechanical/HVAC/electrical/building control/water systems
  • •Provide 24/7 on-call support for facility troubleshooting and emergency repairs while tracking and communicating safety/quality/labor/expense KPIs

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • •3+ years of experience in a technical, hands-on capacity in construction, facility maintenance, or HVAC systems and controls
  • •Knowledge of building management and automated facilities monitoring systems and processes, including HVAC systems
  • •Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and articulate complex problems to diverse audiences
  • •Availability to work onsite in Austin, TX and handle extended hours/weekends as needed
