Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive commercialization project development and execution from concept to market launch.
  • •Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Pilgrim’s/JBS stage gate process.
  • •Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to delivery.
  • •Build and maintain detailed project plans, communication plans, timelines, risk trackers, and lessons learned.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate milestones, KPIs, risks, and issue resolutions across stakeholders.

Salary: USD 27 - 32 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; project management, business, marketing, or similar experience preferred.
  • •Project Management certification is a plus.
  • •3+ years of experience in project management and/or food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods manufacturing.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with sound judgment, analytical ability, and ability to work well under pressure.
