Foreperson

Lead a residential and small commercial solar installation crew of three to six members, ensuring safety, quality, customer service, and productivity. Organize and train crew members, manage construction workflow, maintain project documentation, and support effective team dynamics within the branch. Analyze and resolve worker issues, provide feedback to management, and perform service calls when needed; may act as supervisor/manager in their absence.
