Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the commercial team across DP World’s units, defining and executing growth-focused strategies.
•Drive client acquisition and sustain cargo volume growth by aligning market needs with DP World solutions.
•Identify, develop, and consolidate commercial agreements and strategic partnerships with clients and suppliers.
•Monitor and report on key performance indicators with the team to ensure achievement of sales targets and contractual obligations.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to design innovative logistics proposals leveraging a solid knowledge of the value chain.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering, International Business, Business Administration or related fields.
•Proficiency with data analytics tools, such as Power BI and Python.
•Knowledge of Terminal Operating Systems (TOS).
•Advanced English proficiency.
•Solid knowledge in sales and business development; ability to plan strategically; 3 years in similar roles with team leadership.
