Key Responsibilities

  • •Review NAV and financial statements to ensure quality service to business areas and stakeholders and maintain green KPI performance indicators.
  • •Perform operational functions for NAV production and statutory reporting according to laid-down procedures.
  • •Propose initiatives/projects to remove manual processes and reduce direct and indirect costs to achieve sustainable savings.
  • •Support implementation and rollout of new products/activities within NAV and financial reporting.
  • •Monitor and escalate operational risk scenarios, adhere to internal controls, keep records, and ensure timely implementation of internal/external audit points and regulator issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in commerce or qualifications in accounting/finance, or relevant experience with strong accounting concepts and financial statement understanding.
  • •Sound knowledge of financial instruments, fund administration/accounting services, valuation cycles, and corporate actions.
  • •Excellent fund administration knowledge with clear understanding of the E2E Fund Accounting model, including custody, brokerage, depository, investment accounting, mutual funds, and reconciliations.
  • •1–4 years of relevant funds administration and reporting experience.
  • •Strong time management and ability to multitask to meet defined deadlines, with good working relationships across departments/jurisdictions.
