Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development of comprehensive project estimates and validate cost inputs using benchmark data from previous projects.
  • •Assist with capital planning strategies across large-scale portfolios and provide insights to optimize investment decisions and long-term financial planning.
  • •Support procurement activities including vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and bid leveling; facilitate bid interviews and recommend vendor selection.
  • •Establish and manage cost reporting schedules; present cost reports and forecasts to clients with transparency and accuracy.
  • •Support cost control and change management including payment applications/contractor entitlements, change order evaluation, dispute prevention/resolution, and end-to-end invoicing support.

Key Requirements

  • •0–2 years of industry experience.
  • •Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree.
  • •Preferred degrees: Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, Project Management, or General Business.
  • •Ability to support the development and validation of comprehensive project cost estimates (including construction, fees, direct work, and associated costs).
  • •May include SOX control responsibilities, adhered to where applicable.
