Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the capacity heatmap to provide line direction visibility.
  • •Communicate capacity performance to plan gaps and propose maxout directions of capacity opportunities.
  • •Coordinate cross-site capacity planning and cross-department communication on capacity metrics.
  • •Lead and offload maxout, utilization, and NPI projects; support system enhancements with the DX team.
