Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the EU cybersecurity consulting practice, monitoring market trends, client needs, and regulatory drivers.
  • •Build scalable, repeatable consulting offerings and methodologies tailored to key client segments and regions, including governance, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
  • •Drive the practice P&L (revenue, margin, utilization, pricing, and investment decisions) and establish the operating model to scale capacity.
  • •Serve as advisor and hands-on project manager on complex cybersecurity engagements, guiding cybersecurity strategy, risk assessment, security architecture, threat detection/response, incident response/recovery, and regulatory/security compliance.
  • •Partner with Client Account Executives and regional consulting teams to originate, shape, and close opportunities; lead major pursuits and negotiations; develop thought leadership and represent Visa in industry forums.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional cybersecurity experience with consulting leadership or equivalent senior management experience.
  • •Proven track record building and/or scaling a cybersecurity consulting practice or major cyber advisory offering with P&L or revenue/margin ownership.
  • •Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder cybersecurity programs for clients, preferably in payments, banking, or fintech.
  • •Deep expertise across core cybersecurity domains including strategy/governance, risk management, security architecture, cloud and application security, IAM, threat detection/response, and incident management.
  • •Strong understanding of relevant regulatory and industry frameworks such as NIST2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and GDPR/privacy regulations, including their implications for clients.
