Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate account administration for fiduciary, investment management, and/or custody accounts for complex client relationships.
  • •Coordinate resolution of client issues and inform clients of steps taken to resolve requests or problems.
  • •Develop and maintain working knowledge of governing documents and account agreements.
  • •Receive service requests from clients and other partners, and communicate to service partners; obtain appropriate information from partners and clients to facilitate service changes or transactions.
  • •Oversee development of action plans for client servicing events and ensure execution and follow-up; communicate with clients regularly about account setup/status, document requests, cash transfers, or other information.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • •In-depth functional/industry knowledge of personal trust, estate and advisory services and products was preferred but not required.

  • •A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required.
  • •Proven years of experience in wealth management or related experience/credentials is preferred but not required.
