Job Summary

Originate residential mortgage loans for Financial Center offices and outside referrals while meeting sales and cross-selling objectives. Manage a team of at least five Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs), driving personal and team production through reporting and KPIs. Build referral relationships and financial center partnerships, ensure compliance with state/federal lending regulations, and partner with fulfillment operations to drive closed volume.

•Manage personal and team production using local and Bancorp reporting and KPIs.

•Monitor compliance and quality for loan originators, including required meetings and adherence to state and federal regulations and bank policies.
•Recruit, hire, and train loan officers; provide performance feedback, coaching, and performance management.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED equivalent; two-/four-year college degree preferred.
•2-4 years residential mortgage sales experience required.
•In-depth knowledge of conventional, government, and portfolio guidelines.
•Knowledge of residential mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
•Ability to lead by example with demonstrated leadership, organizational, teamwork, customer service, and communication skills.
