Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the implementation of risk management processes within teams in alignment with the overarching risk management policy and enterprise-wide risk framework.
  • •Assist in the rollout and integration of updates to risk management practices as outlined in the risk improvement plan.
  • •Collaborate with the Risk Manager to ensure a consistent approach to risk management across all activities.
  • •Provide insights to support continuous improvement of the risk management framework, focusing on auditability, consistency, and traceability.
  • •Maintain project and programme risk registers and related risk documentation, including dashboards and quality control of risk data.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of proven experience in programme and project risk management, preferably in Water/Utilities or infrastructure sectors.
  • •Demonstrated ability to define, evaluate, enhance, or implement risk management processes, plans, or methodologies.
  • •Familiarity with at least one risk database tool (e.g., Pentana, ARM, Risk Controller, or equivalent).
  • •Familiarity with at least one risk modelling tool (e.g., Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk, Safran, or similar).
  • •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and strong time management and organisational skills.
