Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all activities for assigned data center projects, including pre-construction, design, construction phasing, closeout coordination, occupancy, and warranty enforcement.
  • •Organize and coordinate construction activities with the client, client vendors, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • •Plan and organize project reporting; review documentation from multiple project teams and ensure compliance with design, budget, schedule, and quality.
  • •Coordinate scheduling of tests and inspections with the General Contractor and arrange delivery of test/inspection reports to the Owner and Architect.
  • •Review punch lists and pay applications, monitor construction progress, and process/validate field documentation (e.g., RFIs and submittals).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Working knowledge of scheduling and critical milestone activities, including schedule logic and basic construction means and methods.
  • •Ability to plan, organize, and report by reviewing documentation from multiple project teams.
  • •Provide technical direction and guidance as needed while administering client policies.
  • •Preferred: Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, urban planning, construction management, or related field.
