Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end execution of interior and finishing works across multiple projects.
  • •Oversee execution of flooring, ceiling systems, partitions, painting, cladding, joinery, modular installations, and façade interfaces.
  • •Develop execution plans and schedules, coordinate site activities, and implement corrective measures to mitigate delays.
  • •Establish quality standards, conduct inspections and audits, and drive snag-free completion and punch-list closure.
  • •Manage contractors and suppliers, monitor performance, review progress, and resolve technical/execution issues on site.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
