Senior People Partner

Partner with leaders across a global 600-person organization to own critical people priorities including performance, growth, development, culture, leadership coaching, and high-stakes cross-functional initiatives. Lead on evolving performance philosophy using people data, design programmes that stretch and retain talent, and advise senior stakeholders with confidence and discretion. Work on-site with full presence and play a seat-at-the-table role reporting to the Chief People Officer.
