Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee tools and shop supplies and manage part number assignments.
  • •Maintain purchasing documentation (tool lists, restocking spreadsheets, price lists, contracts and purchasing agreements) and update price increase logs.
  • •Coordinate purchasing by creating accurate purchasing orders and serving as a primary point of contact/negotiator with assigned suppliers.
  • •Resolve order discrepancies and delays, and resolve invoices and account discrepancies in DocStar.
  • •Analyze inventory levels and adjust stocking levels and reorder points; support GPO strategy and cost-reduction opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 56,000 - 83,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum two (2) years of experience in a purchasing or supply chain role.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the facility will be considered (Active-Duty Military Service members exempt).
  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Previous experience using Epicor ERP and Microsoft Excel.
