Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage on-site inventory and the total lifecycle of IT assets.
  • •Procure, configure, and deploy computer hardware and mobile cellular devices.
  • •Configure and troubleshoot desktop, label, and large multifunction printers.
  • •Provide 1st/2nd/3rd tier IT support to employees, troubleshooting software and hardware issues on-site and remotely.
  • •Support networking and troubleshooting, including device connectivity and VLAN configuration; develop workflows and write instructional documentation.
