Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage BAU settlement and Treasury Back Office processing, including verification of deals, counterparty limits monitoring, cash flow reporting, and ensuring settlement before market cut-off.
  • •Oversee BAU loan administration operations, including T-Bills, Bonds, and Certificate of Deposit issuance and related securities operations.
  • •Ensure customer remittance transactions are processed promptly and correctly, strictly adhering to AML/KYC procedures and escalating suspicious transactions.
  • •Perform settlement controls and reconciliations, including GL balance verification, RTGS/CHATS/SWIFT payment order checks, CMU instructions, and daily/ EOD controls.
  • •Liaise with and supervise offshore teams by reviewing and approving daily transactions, updating procedures, compiling management information, and supporting audits/projects.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant settlement experience across Global Markets products (FX/MM, Corporate/Commercial Banking, Derivatives, Debt/Capital Market) with reputable financial institutions.
  • •5+ years of experience handling customer remittance transactions.
  • •Good knowledge of SWIFT, RTGS (CMU/CHATS), and Clearstream/Euroclear systems.
  • •Knowledge of AML/KYC regulatory standards and ability to work independently under pressure while meeting deadlines.
  • •Strong English communication skills and experience working in multi-culture, cross time zone environments.
