Job Summary

Provide high-level civil engineering technical guidance across multi-site and multi-phase infrastructure due diligence, investigation, remediation, permitting, and construction. Lead data collection and analysis from field and GIS sources, develop and coordinate construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, and safety/phasing plans, and ensure designs meet applicable codes and regulations. Oversee cross-functional teams, produce technical reports and visualizations, and engage confidently with regulators, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide guidance on collecting, compiling, and analyzing data from field work, surveys, blueprints, GIS, subsurface utility information, maps, and geotechnical/hydrologic inputs.
•Apply civil engineering techniques across project phases (concept development, preliminary/final design, procurement, construction, and operation) to identify improvements.
•Perform inspections and investigations of proposed and existing site conditions and determine conformance with rules, standards, and permits.
•Develop construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates, including safety and phasing plans, and update infrastructure layout plans through coordination with stakeholders.
•Coordinate, review, and approve infrastructure design plans for code compliance; prepare technical reports/presentations and manage safety planning (HASPs).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or closely related discipline).
•7 to 10 years of relevant post education experience in engineering and civil design.
•Engineer license required.
•Proficiency in civil engineering principles, practices, and design/build applications to permitting and project work issues.
•Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, with self-leadership and the ability to guide junior team members with strict QA/QC adherence.
