Drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence across OKX Australia by improving customer experience, operational efficiency, and commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities

•Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and commercial outcomes.
•Translate ambiguous business problems into structured workstreams with clear owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
•Coordinate stakeholders across Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Business Development, and Global Operations to ensure successful delivery.
•Partner with operational teams to identify inefficiencies, design simpler operating models, and develop SOPs, operating frameworks, and governance processes.
•Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to build dashboards and operational metrics, produce actionable insights for decision-making, and run post-implementation reviews.

Key Requirements

•6+ years’ experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Management Consulting, Program Management, or similar roles within fintech, technology, or financial services.
•Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and simplify complex problems.
•Strong experience using data to influence decisions, challenge assumptions, and drive business outcomes.
•Advanced proficiency in data analysis with experience using SQL and BI tools (DataWind, Amplitude, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
•Outstanding project management skills delivering complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
