Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the NetSuite SME for R2R processes, maintaining workflows, configurations, and data integrity for efficiency and compliance (SOX/GAAP).
  • •Lead or participate in R2R projects including NetSuite implementations, migrations, upgrades, customizations, and integrations with NetSuite financial modules.
  • •Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close by ensuring reconciliations, reporting accuracy, general ledger accuracy, consolidations, and intercompany accounting.
  • •Partner with finance, IT, and external vendors to resolve NetSuite issues, streamline processes, evaluate automation, and deliver user training.
  • •Use GenAI/agentic AI to automate financial reconciliation, enhance anomaly detection, and optimize R2R processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, with 8+ years of technology experience and 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite expertise in R2R, accounting, or finance roles.
  • •Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, general ledger management, financial reporting, and hands-on NetSuite customizations including SuiteScript, Workflows, Saved Searches, and Dashboards.
  • •Deep understanding of R2R processes such as journal entries, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, multi-currency accounting, and financial reporting.
  • •Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to handle complex financial processes and solve problems effectively.
  • •Experience implementing or using AI/ML-driven solutions in financial systems to automate processes and improve data insights.
