Job Summary

Assist the Field Service Leader in delivering service operations to customer sites, meeting revenue, margin, and operational KPI targets. Own preventive/corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and lifecycle support while minimizing downtime. Support planning and supervision of technical teams and subcontractors, manage workload and technical escalations, and perform forecasting and project administration. Work with Honeywell Building Management Systems (BMS) and related integrated technologies, using data analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve building performance and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and lifecycle support to contractual obligations while maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing downtime.
•Support planning, coordination, and supervision of technical teams and subcontractors for safe, efficient, high-quality service delivery.
•Manage service workload, process improvements, technician/subcontractor performance, customer communications, technical escalations, financial forecasting, and project administration.
•Design, configure, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and support Honeywell Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), HVAC Controls, CCTV, Access Control, Security Systems, and other integrated building technologies.
•Provide technical support by analyzing system performance, diagnosing faults, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions; support pre-sales site surveys and solution recommendations.

Key Requirements

•3-4 years of work experience preferred with relevant knowledge of building management systems (BMS), fire alarm systems (FAS), CCTV, and security systems.
•Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering/IT.
•Ability to manage self and assist others (including contractors) to work safely, and identify safety improvements in the workplace.
•Ability to acquire and demonstrate trade skills and/or product knowledge to meet the role requirements.
•Ability to manage jobs/projects to standards, budgets, and deadlines, including risk assessments and forecasts.
