Lead investment banking coverage by supporting the execution of equity and debt financings, M&A, and restructuring/recapitalization transactions. Drive deal teams as a project/deal lead, performing valuation and financial analysis (including DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, and comparable companies) and conducting due diligence. Build financial operating and valuation models, prepare client presentations, and supervise junior bankers while conducting industry and product research.
