Job Summary

Own divisional P&L and working capital end-to-end, driving monthly reporting, variance analysis, and course-corrective actions. Build and maintain an integrated rolling forecast model as the single source of truth for divisional planning, supporting annual budgeting and long-range planning with bottoms-up builds. Partner with the General Manager and cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to maximize ROI through staffing, headcount, scenario, and sensitivity analyses, including investor/board reporting as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Own divisional P&L and working capital end-to-end from sales funnel through EBITDA via A/R and Inventory.
•Lead monthly reporting and forecast cycle with variance analysis and course-corrective actions.
•Build and maintain a multi-dimensional integrated rolling forecast model as the single source of truth for divisional planning.
•Serve as primary financial advisor to the General Manager, providing analysis on growth, profitability, and resource allocation.
•Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to identify and execute strategies that maximize ROI; prescribe staffing and headcount actions and develop scenario/sensitivity analyses.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including 3+ years supporting a full P&L or serving as a divisional finance lead (Corporate Development and/or Private Equity portfolio experience considered).
•Demonstrated ability to influence operational leaders and drive decisions through financial analysis.
•Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling.
•Experience with rolling forecast methodologies and modern planning approaches.
•Strong communication skills to translate complex financial information for non-finance audiences.
