Key Responsibilities

  • •Teach students, not material—explain concepts clearly in both in-person and livestream settings
  • •Operate and present courses using PowerPoint slides and other equipment, including Microphone, electronic whiteboard, Zoom
  • •Exhibit ethical behavior in the classroom at all times
  • •Adhere to dress codes and be neatly groomed
  • •Start and end class at the prescribed times

Key Requirements

  • •Possess Florida Real Estate Instructors permit
  • •Possess extensive knowledge of the course material
  • •Possess significant knowledge and understanding of Florida real estate laws and industry practices
  • •Ability to teach classroom and livestream students via Zoom
  • •Ability and willingness to teach a minimum of 3 different real estate courses
