Key Responsibilities

•Develop, lead, and take responsibility for the Asia region’s revenue growth strategies within the Marine Facultative Reinsurance specialty.
•Build a Regional team to establish the specialization, investing in local resources and attracting talent as needed.
•Create and manage a Specialty Practice Group, establishing cadence of communication and training across Asia.
•Perform a Reinsurance Market assessment/sizing in the region and grow the Asia regional pipeline to meet annual targets.
•Coordinate monthly pipeline updates and reporting from local leaders to regional leadership, turning the pipeline into a practical commercial and sales management tool.

Key Requirements

•At least 10 years of relevant experience in Facultative Reinsurance with a track record of leading teams and winning new client engagements.
•Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and drive execution.
•Well-connected across international markets with strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
•Experience building and leading regional specialization initiatives, including talent identification and training.
•Proven ability to manage and grow a regional pipeline and collaborate with in-country leaders and operational teams.
