Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage local finance teams for a designated legal entity within the Retail US organization.
•Develop, mentor, and inspire direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture.
•Establish and maintain robust financial governance, processes, controls, and risk management practices aligned with corporate and Retail US policies.
•Serve as a key finance business partner to the seller of the legal entity, VP Retail Integration North America and the Managing Director of Retail North America.
•Oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and target setting in collaboration with business leaders and the VP of Finance & Controlling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
•Minimum of 7+ years of progressive finance experience.
•Strong financial analysis and business acumen.
•Experience with IFRS reporting standards.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems (e.g., SAP BW/BI, Cognos).
