Key Responsibilities

  • •Check information received from insurers against system records and perform calculations using system data.
  • •Handle technical accounting tasks including bookings, invoicing/cash receipts and payments, reconciliation/collection, cash book management, matching and allocation, revenue sharing, and insurance contract management.
  • •Prepare reporting and follow procedures and guides for the scope of work.
  • •Act as a SME for processes, resolve issues, and ensure timely, high-standard delivery while meeting SLAs.

Key Requirements
